Lemon Chilli Aioli Crab in Endive Cups
I love the sweet succulent flavor of crab. The lemon chilli aioli compliments and balances the delicate sweet taste of crab with its tangy spicy flavors very well. This is one of those seemingly sophisticated recipes that is so easy to create and tastes delightfully refreshing!

What do you need:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons lemon zest
1 teaspoon red chilli flakes
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice.
1 pound of jumbo lump crab meat, picked through for cartilage
1/4 cup diced red and green pepper
2 scallions, minced
1/2 cup lemon chilli aioli
Salt and pepper
4 crisp endive leaves
How to make:
Whisk the mayonnaise, lemon zest, chilli flakes and lemon juice together till it turns into a smooth paste.
In a large bowl add the remaining ingredients except the endive and mix until blended, being careful not to shred crab meat.
Place a few spoonfuls in the endive leaves.
Serve chilled.
