Made CTM for a dinner party and it came out much better than any of the restaurants. Everybody loved it. Two thumbs up to this recipe.

Raj – I’m sure you can use this recipe to make paneer instead of chicken. You might have to adjust the cooking time since paneer doesnt take as long to cook. Good luck!

Its a nice detailed description of CTM (the first time I’ve heard this cool abbreviation). We’d coined a few in School…Bun-Om was for Bun-Omlette, Bun-Sam for Bun Samosa, AKP for Aloo ke Parathe!
Unfortunately, I’ve never tried cooking chicken tikka masala. Always relied on the many restaurants in my locality in Mumbai. Your recipe is kinda encouraging! I’ll try this one soon n let you know how I fared…

I love spicy food and hence Indian food one of my favorites, I live in New Jersey and have been to several Indian restaurants in the area….and very glad to stumble upon your impressive blog…very informative and thanks for sharing the descriptive, detailed Chicken Tikka Masala Recipe with pictures…I am a bit confident and brave to give it a try now cant wait to make it this weekend.
