This site is melting pot of flavors from around the globe. Our palettes have become increasingly eclectic in the recent years. The boundaries between countries and culture have become progressively blurry in the culinary world. What puritans might call unauthentic is now considered a new and refreshing take on traditional cooking.
We eat to experience joy. And food is all about having fun and creating something that tastes great and can be enjoyed by friends and family. It is not about following recipes all the time. It is about creating and deriving inspiration in the kitchen. There are no hard and fast rules when it comes to cooking. In today’s culinary world, mint can replace parsley and ancho chillies can find place in an Irish stew! Cooking ingredients are like an artists pallet…there is no limit to what can be created using the same pallet! If you understand the basic principles of cooking, you can experiment as far as your imagination takes. Just remember to add one key ingredient every time you cook “love” It will make a world of difference.
